Short-stay booking conditions
When booking the apartment/villa, a security deposit is required ; the remaining amount is due by bank transfer , 6 weeks prior to arrival . If the guest needs to cancel their reservation within 6 weeks of arrival, the security deposit will not be refunded.
If the client cancels due to illness, travel insurance can be claimed and the costs covered.
All buildings have rules of coexistence, please respect them.
The client purchases the apartment/villa clean and in good condition. Any defects must be reported to the office immediately.
Schedules
Check-in to the apartments starts at 5:00 PM . Check-out is at 10:00 AM .
Maximum number of occupants
Occupancy of the accommodation by more people than the number established in the reservation will result in immediate expulsion without the right to a refund of the reservation amount.
