The main house has a large bright living room with aircondition, kitchen and outdoor kitchen with BBQ, 3 bedrooms (2 with aircondition) and 2 bathrooms. Separate guest apartment with living room with aircondition, 1 bedroom, kitchen and 1 bathroom. Large, beautiful garden with tiled patios and swimmingpool, outdoor shower.

There are good opportunities for excursions, bike rides, walks, bathing and swimming. Communications with neighboring towns are good. The distance to Benidorm is approx. 5 km and the bus to the neighboring city of Altea takes less than 10 minutes. In summer, Albir offers a cozy amusement park for the little ones with stalls.
